About
Penny Stallings is the founder and CEO of DRIVEN, a turnkey solution for dealers seeking a professional overhaul of their accounting office processes. A professional automotive controller consultant with extensive experience in the automotive industry, Penny spent 18 years as the Owner and Controller of a General Motors dealership where she oversaw the accounts of each department. During that time, she was a NADA 20 Group member and a frequent keynote speaker on topics such as management of dealership finances, product line integration, and execution of the financial statement “one-day close”.
Upon the sale of her dealership, she accepted a position with NADA as a Dealership Management Consultant. It was in this role that she began traveling to various locations throughout the country and imparting her expertise of dealership best practices as a 20 Group moderator. Soon thereafter, her personal consulting services were organically solicited by various dealers for implementation in their own locations, and she transitioned from the conference room to an on-site role.
Penny has spent the past eight years traveling the country and U.S. territories solely through word-of-mouth referrals and repeat clients. Her weekly trips move dealers forward, helping them grow, survive economic and other hardships, and thrive during boom times.
Penny enjoys spending time on the farm with her husband of 35 years, her children and grandchildren, serving her community through kitchen ministry, and cheering for the Oklahoma State University Cowboys.
